I am a private landlady, managing my own properties for over 20 years, I am not an agency.

I have rooms from £450 a month in modern, house shares with young professionals. All rooms are fully furnished with flat screen TV's. The price includes free local & national phone calls, Internet, water, council tax, TV license & a weekly cleaner. The only additional costs are gas & electricity, an average of £50/month. A months deposit required. Only 30 days notice to leave, minimum stay 3 months, unless previously arranged. I do not live in the house but take pride in providing a homely, comfortable place to rent.
